The phone was delivered as advertised. It was in perfect condition with no visible scratches & works perfectly! This is the 3rd phone I’ve bought from back market all being excellent experiences. Best website to use for refurbished phones hands down!!!!!

Switching over to the iPhone 16 was great! It was really easy to switch from an older iPhone to the iPhone 16 with the eSIM because I didn't have to "open up" my phone and re-install my SIM or bother with changing to a nano-SIM card.

I was hesitant with purchasing a refurbished unlocked phone but once I received it no damage looked great! And it was able to activate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend and buy from here again!

The phone wasin pristine condition with 100% battery life. I had previously ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 from Amazon which came with dings and scratches and only 80% battery life and had some kind of software error which did not allow for the esim to be activated. I am very pleased with my purchase from back market and will refer you to friends and family.

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Probably could have picked an excellent condition phone to save some more money, but very happy with phone that appears in new condition without paying new price.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! this phone exceeds its expectations, especially with me having to been brought the phone in good condition, the battery health is at 85% but it does me just fine compared to coming from a 12

I’m so happy with my 13 mini. When I tried to verify the battery, it wouldn’t recognize it as a certified Apple battery, but I imagine it was replaced because that’s kinda what these folks do, right? That said, the battery life is better than I expected, going by other reviews of some refurbished iPhones. I’ve had no other issues so far after almost a month of use. Aside, for those considering, this would be a perfect phone for a kid - the size is indeed mini! If watching videos is important to you, don’t get the mini model — but if you’re a woman who understands the phone in pocket dilemma, this solves that problem! :)
