Purchased a "Good" condition MacBook Pro from "JB VENTURES EXPRESS" and it came in perfect condition with 96% maximum battery capacity left. Laptop shipped promptly, was packed well, and all specs were exactly as advertised. Very satisfied with my shopping experience.

So far everything is working great. I received my Mac in a double box and it started up in less than 10 seconds. I got all my previous softwares and devices setup in less than 20 minutes and the battery is lasting way longer than my pc.

Everything is great about the computer physically, no blemishes or surface issues. I’m noticing the left shift bar feels stuck down or doesn’t depress like a normal key. Worried that might be an issue later. Fantastic computer otherwise!

Well, I've only had the computer for approximately 10 days so far, but so far, I love it. It is in a condition as advertised, works great so far, and I can offer nothing but praise regarding the computer itself. The Backmarket experience was also as promised, and I will not hesitate to purchase from Backmarket again. My thanks to the Backmarket team. With such a smooth transaction so far, I cannot comment on customer service pertaining to warranty or other issues. I hope that I do not have to deal with such things. All in all, I'm very glad that I made this purchase from Backmarket.

Unit arrived password protected with existing user (former owner?) profile. The system was not wiped and reloaded with a clean OS. That does not meet the definition of "refurbished". Fortunately, recovery mode worked, which allowed the disk to be erased and a clean (older) OS loaded--all of which should have been performed by the reseller, who presumably specializes in refurbishment. The machine was otherwise in good condition.

It arrived on time and is in near perfect condition! Very grateful and will definitely be looking at this seller's products in the future.
