    The Laptop is very good and quite fast. I didn't expected it to have touchscreen because on the website specs it said that is doesn't have touchscreen screen but mine does have it. So that is a plus. The condition of the Laptop was as good as new(looks better in person the on the picture). I also got a upgraded CPU cause I got the i7 version instead of the i5 that I bought so THANK YOU. It's very very nice. I'm very happy.

    I purchased a Dell Latitude 7410 from Back Market, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. Although the seller initially sent the wrong device, their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I returned the first laptop, and they quickly shipped the exact model I had ordered. The device works well and arrived in excellent condition. The only minor downside is that the battery life is a little lower than expected, but it’s still manageable. Overall, great value and great support, definitely worth 5 stars.

    I have had the Macbook for a week and wonder why I didn’t upgrade earlier. I bought a 2017 new years agao, and it finally broke earlier this month. The i9 laptop that I ordered is in perfect condition, it is really outsanding, and it cost $520! This order has gone perfectly and I’m very happy. I will say that I had actually ordered a laptop 2 weeks before this, but, they identified a crack in the screen and that 3rd party seller was not able to fulfill the order with a replacement. So, sometimes it is a home run, sometimes you get pegged by the ball. I’d give that order a 1.5/5 rating. But this one went great :)

    I Intentionally looked for "mistakes" with this laptop, given that it's used. I spent about 30 minutes, thoroughly inspecting every inch of it and found a total of 3. All completely aesthetic, and not noticeable unless you look for them. As for it's performance, the laptop runs incredibly. I really only get up to a max of around 30% CPU usage. Sadly, as expected, the battery kinda sucks and it only lasts maybe an hour and a half to two hours. It's totally fine though, I just use it plugged in. All in all, I am more than happy, and blown away by how much money it DIDN'T cost me. :)

    This Surface Laptop has been a huge upgrade from the Surface Pro 3 I was using for my school work, Data Science projects, and DAW software. I love being able to multitask seamlessly, and the sleek design makes me feel confident in my classes. The condition was, in fact, excellent. When I was looking at comparable refurbished options, I did notice that this option was on the higher-end. I have utilized BackMarket's 12-month warranty before, so I figured this would be the best deal. My one caveat and the reason for 4/5 stars is due to the product I received having the fabric keyboard instead of the aluminum keyboard that I assume would age better. The photos of the product showed an aluminum keyboard, and there was no mention in the specs (I looked at least 3 times) that the keyboard was different than the one pictured. I almost sent the product back for this reason, but the semester had already begun, so I did not have the time.

    The laptop was in the condition expected, with light use (scratches on the bottom that are minor; the top is pristine), and the set up of Windows etc. went as usual for a new computer. The battery life is decent - a few hours of intense use without power. The computer feels like a new one. A great deal overall.

    It came in excellent condition, runs great. But the past couple of days, it's only been charging to 80% or so and there are a couple of keys that aren't quite right. (The mute button opens a new tab and the volume controls open the control+F function. There are no custom controls in use, etc)
