Everything was great. It came on time and in good condition, besides the controller. The hard rubber padding on the L3 stick spins and makes it hard to use. I saw there was some type of lubricant or residue underneath the padding that was making it slippery. How would I go about fixing it? I am afraid if I pry it out myself it’ll tear.

First off it wasn't a new one but that's all cool, but it was supposed to be refurbished and I decide to tear it apart the other day with a YouTube video just to clean the dust and dirt and this think was missing one screw the power button didn't work and they sent me the wrong cord, and the bottom and top plastic covers are both broke in some sort of way, it works fine but like come on yooo!!
