My phone worked great!

My refurbished red iPhone XR seems completely brand new. It is beautiful, works perfectly, has amazing battery longevity, a flawless body and screen, and an incredible camera. I'm super happy with it and so grateful to have a recycled phone that didn't end up as e-waste. Thank you!!!

Highly skeptical from the beginning but having this phone for a year now and still impressed with the quality and how good the performance is, just wows me. I recommended highly. Battery life is great!

I had to send the first phone back as it was not actually T-mobile compatible, (even though the listing said it would be!) but the seller made it easy for me & replaced it w/ a similar phone that WAS compatible. I received a paid return label, so I didn’t have to pay for return shipping. And the phone is in beautiful, like new condition (I got the “Good” grade). I’ve had it for almost a year now & it works great - I’m so glad I don’t ever have to buy a phone from the mobile carrier’s store again!

I am pleased with the price and condition of my refurbished iPhone 6s plus, except that the battery got very hot while uploading my apps and it only holds a charge for about 5 hours--if I don't use it much. I foresee having to purchase another battery in the very near future. So, except for the battery (a very important feature) I am very happy with the appearance and the service of my purchase.

I like it. It's as if I'd bought a brand new phone directly from Apple at half the price, and honestly, I actually feel like it's better than an OEM phone! I don't know how or why, but I feel like the speakers are louder, the phone is faster, and suffers very little stutters unlike my original 8 Plus (64gb) which didn't have either of those. I bought this one from BM because my old one finally gave me the final fuck you before the screen completely stopped working, and me being someone who's always out, I was in desperate need for a phone with the same capacity as the 8s (in my preference, since I'm so used to it and I love it). Thankfully, it arrived in just ~4 days, which was perfect timing! I recommend purchasing from Backmarket if you're looking for a replacement. I don't know how well "fair" and "good" condition phones are, but with how good my "mint" condition 8 plus came out, I wouldn't doubt that their refurbish quality is as great!

I was somewhat apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone, but happy to report that it arrived on time and in excellent condition. Other than the fact that it wasn’t in original apple packaging, I wouldn’t have known it wasn’t new. I purchased it for my dad and so far, he is very happy with it.

Works perfectly, so far (after about 2 weeks) I've had no issues with the product. You don't get the pleasure of opening up an authentic box and the typical Apple unboxing experience, but you don't buy a refurbished phone for that, you buy it for the actual device, and I got to say, I got a great deal for this phone. I am definitely willing to buy off BackMarket and/or from this seller again because I am very satisfied with my purchase :D

IPhone XS I bought is not working anymore, issue with the motherboard and cannot be fixed. I am ending up buying another one. It is less than 2 years I bought and was expecting to work more years. Very disappointed with the purchase.
