this product is so great! i got good condition and its just as if i got excellent condition and at a great price! the original is around $500 and i paid $100-200 less! i love it!

They ipad pro I received is in perfect condition like new, been using it for work and it works perfectly, i did have my doubts when it arrived in the box just wrapped in the bubble plastic, i do think they could elevate the experience with the packaging a bit more, but other than that which is not a bit deal ill definitely be ordering more stuff from them.

PERFECT CONDITION, CAME A FEW DAYS EARLY TOO

The shipping was somewhat lengthy but not terrible. The PS5 itself was fairly scratched up which was fine/expected since it was refurbished. What was disappointing was the large amounts of various gunk on the controller and ps5 which seems like it could have been somewhat easily cleaned off and had me questioning the quality of the refurbishment. The ps5 seemed to run fine although I didn't get to use it much because I quickly realized they sent me the 825gb model instead of the 1tb model. Maybe not a huge difference to some but I wanted what I paid for so I initiated the replacement process. Blackmarket customer service helped get this going but it was disappointing not to have any communication from the seller. More frustrating was that my exchange was converted to a refund without explanation. I assume they just didn't have any more stock but it was frustrating to be almost a month from when I initially ordered it and not even end up with the product (Although maybe I'm just spoiled with how quickly most things are shipped these days). Will probably end up just paying the extra $100 or so and getting a new model at this point.

Everything works good and was in very good condition.

The PS5 is in good condition but the controller is having major issues. The L2 and R2 triggers are won't register sometimes. The controller won't work in game but will on the homescreen. I suspect it has to do with the sensitivity of these new adaptive triggers. Whatever repairs were done of at all did not address the controller issues.

Aside from the charging cable for the controller, everything is perfect else perfect.

Arrived quick, in great condition, and works perfectly. What more could you ask for?

I'm already loving it my first own console I bought definitely gonna buy again soon
