I got this phone for a Christmas present for my wife and it's been great so far. It looks and performs like new. This was the 2nd S20 Ultra 5G from BackMarket. I got one for myself back in July and it has been great as well.

I really like it! It's much faster than my other android. I'm getting used to taking screen shots with 2 hands tho. Not as convenient as other phones.

My phone came fast, looked perfect, I ordered "excellent condition." not a scratch. battery was at 100%. I was so happy, used the phone as normal, transferred all data and applied screen protector. After about a week the face id stopped working. I followed the props, installed latest update, and continued to get the error. Apple error states that an internal part was replaced incorrectly and for safety reasons the lasers that detect your face are disabled. Additionally at the same time the screen is unresponsive 25% of the time. I will be exchanging this phone, hoping next one is better working condition.

Seller sent the wrong phone (this is the third time it's happened to me on this site) I ordered a 256gb phone they sent a 128gb. Seller refused to replace it with the correct one and just refunded the order. Always check your phone when it arrives this is becoming a frequent occurrence with the sellers on this site in my experience.
