Great Buy and Great Deal! Very happy with my purchase. I had originally purchased a 2020 MacBook Air off of Facebook Marketplace, before realizing it couldn’t handle the amount of work I was using my computer for. So I decided to trade it in for an older workhorse in the 2018 MacBook Pro. Boy am I happy with the power output by this one! It’s almost 3x as powerful as the MBA, despite it being 2 years older. The condition was Good - as described - with only one minor blemish on the case. Has no impact on the performance of the machine. With the trade in and upgrade I only ended up paying about $150 out of pocket. Very Happy with Back Market. This is my second purchase and trade in through them and I will continue to be a customer in the future.

Overall so far so good. I had issues with delivery but was no fault to y'all. Other than that the MacBook was in excellent condition as stated when i bought its worked like a charm, and I'm loving it.

I was hesitant to sign up for a shopping site. But, my experience was smooth and easy. The website filters got me to the item I wanted very quickly. The laptop itself showed up packaged well and in better condition than advertised. I got an upgrade on the computer and the hard drive space for the same price as other rebuild sites.

So far, so good. Computer in nearly perfect/new condition. Had to do a factory reset once I got it up and running, as it appeared to not have completely reset all the permissions and whatnot, but otherwise, it's been great.

Outstanding process- perfect equipment! My Mac air is in pristine condition, the trade-in was easy, the price was a relief, the communications by back market are exceptional.Disappointed that the original estimate for trade in actually came in drastically lower. Probably not worth trading. I do tell all my friends that Back Market is worth checking out. Someone on email communications and marketing has good humor ❤️

I am currently using the computer. It has been a real blessing. I am a chaplain in a retirement village here in Huntsville. My notes and plans are easily made and stored. I even use it to find chords and lyrics to songs that I sing to the residents. This is my second purchase through BackMarket. I also bought an iPad. I will be sure and tell all of my friends about buying electronics with BackMarket!

I was hesitant at first from buying on this site but I actually glad that I did because the laptop was in good condition. It's working great and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I do highly recommend. Will most likely be purchasing again in the future. Thank you.

Really pleased with its condition, only very minor dent that I didn't notice until I was putting a case on. But the keys could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Been using for over a month now and its functioning great, just the right update I was looking for.

I was skeptical at first but my boyfriend ordered a laptop from the site so I decided to give it a try. Ordered excellent condition and it honestly looks brand new. I LOVE that you have to sign for the package. Made me feel super secure about my purchase!
