    I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible. Thank you for making these young people’s lives a celebration of life. The refurbishment made all of this possible. Well done!

    I was initially super nervous about ordering since I've had no experience with refurbished tech, but my order arrived early and was in top-tier shape. I ordered "good" quality, but the product was like new, except for a little dust under the screen. Would buy again!

    The MacBook Pro I received looked to be in perfect condition cosmetically, came with Sonoma already installed and ready to go. A great upgrade from my 2017 MacBook Air - would definitely buy from Back Market again

    It's been a few weeks, and I'm happy so far. Customer experience was great. Shipped quickly. The Macbook Air I ordered was as advertized in "Good" condition with a couple of small nicks, the worse being a small one on the lower part of the screen, but I already don't notice it. I will report that I have had two small issues with the computer's performance. On two occasions, it has shut down suddenly. But I think it is related to temperature. I live in a rustic cabin in the woods and it gets down to the low 30s at night this time of year. The issue happened both times first thing in the morning. Connecting the charger resolved it both times. If it gets worse, I will reach out about the warranty, which this Macbook came with. I like what Back Market is doing and I would use the service again. In fact, when I need a new phone, I'll be checking them out.

    Great experience. Product was 100% as advertised. In fact you'd be hard pressed to tell the 7 year old MacBook Air i ordered was not brand new - it was impeccably clean with no visible scratches or wear. Battery life is good and i have not run into anything that does not work properly. Have to say pretty impressive for a business that likely runs on low margins - someone knows what they're doing and cares. Better still it is GREAT to see old machines get reused rather than tossed on the pile at our dumps.

    We've been testing it for some time. Once again I'm happy with my purchase from BackMarket. Battery condition good, no obvious scratch or damage. Only thing is, I think the display was possibly replaced. It works well but resting an object on the screen creates that distortion typical of older laptops. It's not an issue but I don't see this occuring from my Macbooks straight from Apple.

    Back Market was recommended to me by a few people close to me. I decided to try it out and I’m glad I did, if you are on the fence, highly suggest pay attention to the ratings and go for it. I’m really happy with my purchase. I got a MacBook in the good quality and I’d honestly consider it excellent. I will definitely use the app to purchase more tecj in the future.

    I ordered this MacBook and it arrived quickly. The condition listed was very good so when it arrived I expected to see a brand new looking MacBook and that is what I got I checked the battery cycles on the computer and there was only 7 and I had charged it when it first arrived. I also traded in my old phone at the same time and that process was extremely easy. overall great experience I will definitely be ordering my tech here from now on

    Overall so far so good. I had issues with delivery but was no fault to y'all. Other than that the MacBook was in excellent condition as stated when i bought its worked like a charm, and I'm loving it.
