I am very pleased with my Mac from Back Market! It arrived quickly and in excellent shape! I have never ordered from them before, but I will always check the site before I buy electronics elsewhere. I am spending conscious and I don't care about the newest model, but I also want nice and reliable products. Back Market is the answer for me - I get the best of both worlds!

I needed a newer MacBook Pro, but I didn't necessarily want to get a brand new one through Apple, and I didn't want to necessarily go through Ebay either. So I went through BackMarket again, as I have done with several other devices. Everything was great. The computer arrived in a matter of days, and works like a charm. Can't beat that.

We just received and opened this device, but I have some concerns based on my initial inspection. Our previous 2022 MacBook Air developed a cracked screen bezel during normal use by a Physical Therapist who has an excellent track record with laptop care, so I’m already a bit cautious. With this newly received 2022 Air, I noticed a small piece of metal protruding from the left screen hinge area on the back/underside of the laptop (I have video documentation). I attempted to remove it, but couldn’t access it. When we opened the laptop, there was a noticeable catch in the screen followed by a small clicking sound. After closing the laptop and rechecking the hinge, the metal piece was no longer visible. My concern now is that the metal piece may be loose inside the device and could potentially cause damage if it becomes lodged elsewhere. The good news is that I do not hear any rattling or feel any more clicking while opening and shutting the laptop. My true hope is that this metal piece just broke off and is in the room with me - not inside the laptop. We chose to purchase through Back Market this time after a poor support experience with a previous seller, and I’m hoping for guidance on the best next step. Would you recommend returning the device now to avoid potential internal damage, or is it reasonable to continue using it and monitor for issues? If someone from Back Market could weigh in, I’d greatly appreciate it. I’m happy to provide the inspection videos and any additional details via email if needed. Thank you!

the unit was in immaculate condition... battery was 100%... up and running in next to no time thanks to Apple Migration Assistant... so far everything is as BackMarket promised (my trade-in is pending so we will see how that goes)

It's 2024 and Back Market is still the top market. If you're looking for a sign to press confirm, THIS IS IT. I ordered my macbook in a fair condition, but it arrived looking excellet. The shipping process was very quick and effective. Even when I had an issue, they quickly resolved the problem. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first ever order on Back Market and I was a little nervous to try it, but needed a budget friendly computer for going back to college and have always preferred MacOS so I didn’t want to opt for a cheap Chromebook. I was honestly shocked seeing a 32gb pro going for such an affordable price. I went ahead and bought it but remained very skeptical throughout the entire process. It was shipped VERY quickly like within about 3 days. When it arrived, I looked it over carefully. It was fair condition, but the only damage was some light dings around the edges like you’d expect from any electronic that’s been used for longer than a couple months. The screen didn’t have any damage. I checked it for dead pixels and the screen looked great. All the buttons worked great, the Touch Bar worked great. All of the ports worked. Microphone and speakers worked. Checked the serial number and everything matched. It performed exactly as expected. Ultimately I did end up returning it, solely because I meant to order an M1 Mac instead of an Intel Mac. That is not at all the fault of the seller, as I got exactly what was described in the listing, I just didn’t read it carefully enough. The return was just as easy as the purchase! The seller received the computer back within a couple days of dropping it off at UPS and the refund was sent out a couple days later. I ended up buying another MacBook from a different seller (just because of what they had available) off Back Market which was also just as described, though in slightly worse condition than this one (also Fair condition). I’d 100% recommend Back Market and TopTech!

I was skeptical about buying refurbished items as I had a bad experience a few years ago(not from back market though), but I have to say everything works great! I got excellent condition and it literally came as if it’s new out of the box. The charger was a bit dirty so I had to wipe it down, and the only thing bad about the computer is it dies rather quickly and it can be slow to load at times. Other than that I love it! Would recommend.
