5/5I highly recommend Back Market. So far, there has been no problem at all with the IPhone 12 that i bought. It looked like a brand new phone. I did not find a scratch on it and it was immaculate. I was kept informed from the very beginning of placing the order on the status and shipment of the phone. Can’t tell if it was even refurbished cause it arrived brand new in every single way outside of the original box. 100% battery capacity and not a single spec of dust or any blemishes at all! Had a galaxy s22 ultra with 5,000 mah battery and iPhone 13 mini lasts a lot longer! 5/5I’m really happy with my new iPhone 12. I got the purple one because it’s my favorite color. The price was perfect and as of right now, I’m not having any problems with my refurbished phone. It works way better than my 12 that I recently had. My birthday present to myself. I’m a happy customer and will be ordering my daughter’s phone in 2 weeks for her birthday. Thanks for the fast shipping too! Lastly, UPS made sure my phone was brought to my apartment and not left with concierge. 4.8/5I was worried at first that refurbished would mean something would be wrong with the phone. But as it turns out, everything is working perfectly. It did get very warm the first time I turned it on, set it up and transferred everything from my old phone. That was a longer process. But it hasn’t done it since then! 4.1/5It is good, I like the variety it has and the discounts it haves for being refurbished it good. The only exception is if you order more than two things then it will come separately depending on what you buy at separate times and places. Now I don’t mind it but I'd expect arriving at the same time. But it’s nothing that can be helped. Good product by the way. 4.4/5I love new(to me) refurbished phone! I thought something was wrong at first because it wouldn't charge, but it was the charger, and Back Market reimbursed me for it. The phone so far is flawless in function and look-wise, I believe I got "good' it is excellent. I bought a Mac laptop a while back from Back Market in "fair" condition but it was in excellent condition and function. I have had wonderful and very attentive customer service! 5/5First time ordering a phone with this company and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their communication was exceptional and explained everything, especially since I sold them my son's old phone. My son installed his SIMS card into this phone and it worked right away. He is signed with Cricket and had no issues and really loves this newer phone. I would definitely recommend this company and a refurbished iPhone. The savings was by far the best that I could find. 4.9/5I ordered an iPhone 13 mini to replace my iPhone XR (which will no longer be supported by Apple) and I wanted to grab a mini for the form factor, now that they're no longer available new. I ordered one in Very Good condition, and was surprised to find that it's essentially indistinguishable from new. Can't see any blemishes whatsoever on the case or screen. I figured there would be some battery capacity loss, but it was at 100%. I've had it for about 1.5 months now and it's perfect.
