I was a little bit skeptical about getting a refurbished phone, but when I received it, I was so surprised about the quality of the phone. It looks and works like a brand-new phone. The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. I didn’t know that I would get such quality for a lesser price.

so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

Phone was shipped very timely. Arrived in perfect condition. Might as well had been brand new. Works perfectly. Traded my old phone, which that transactioin was seamless, too. Will definitely use Back Market again.

I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud). It took me a bit of time to get all the stuff in one phone to the new one. That said, the phone works great. Also, the time from order payment to arrival of the new iphone was great. The refurbed phone looked as good as a new ipone 14. Good job all around BackStreet. You delivered what you said you would. There was now aparent wear issues with the new to me rufribed iphone 14.

went well.. like it should. Not sure why other people don't by Apple products especially iPhone. Believe me Ive used every brand imaginable , back when a cell phone was in a 10lb case.
