the iphone 12 black 64 gb came in excellent condition and had little signs of wear but not noticable from 3ft away. would definitely recommend this buyer. the phone was included with a charging cable as well.

So far so good on the "new" iPhone 12. It arrived quickly and appears like new as advertised. Working great so far. My only gripe this time around is BkMkt's trade in program. It's convoluted, complicated and SLOWWWWWWW. Not sure it was worth my time for the $37 bucks I am still awaiting for my old iPhone 7 which was flawless. This is my second time around with Back Market and I will use them again, as it sure beats new prices for casual cell phone users. I will however avoid the trade-in program next time around. Otherwise they woulda deserved a 5 star rating.

Not sure if it’s because it’s a refurbished phone or because it’s an iPhone SE. but it seems it heats up when I use FaceTime . Otherwise it’s like it’s brand new

Great phone the battery health came at 100% but the screen edges had minor scuffs was expecting better quality since I ordered it in excellent condition but overall im not mad the phone does look brand new i recommend this seller 9.5/10 everything including the speakers work on the phone very well and loud.

At first i was a bit hesitant if the iphone would be in an excellent condition as they mentioned. But it turnsout to be far better that excellent. No visible scrathes, glass was perfect. And on top they even put a tempered glass.
