The iPad arrived in its original packaging (apple box) and came with a charger. The charger is slow to charge but that was an easy fix, I just switched cables and it charges great. The battery lasts a very long time. The screen was very clean with no scratches or dents on the body at all. It looks and feels like a brand new iPad. I am very happy with this purchase, I certainly trust the company’s quality moving forward.

The Samsung 32 arrived quickly and in good shape. It has only a single, skinny, squiggly scratch on the screen that I think a tempered glass protector (ordered now) will cover. Otherwise looks new.
