The Motorola Edge+ seems like a really great phone for a reasonable price with all of the features that it comes with. We were a little disappointed at the phone that we got with some visible nicks in the case from much more than 20 cm away. The back of the phone was also separating slightly from the case, like the adhesive was not applied properly after refurbishing. That's not what we expected from an "Excellent" phone and not consistent with our previous experiences with Backmarket which always seem to under-promise and over-deliver.

I couldn't be happier with my iPhone 15 purchase. First arrived safely packaged, protective film on the screen, original box with the c-cable bundled. Just like I would've received it from the Apple store where I have made all my previous purchases of new products. In the future, a refurbished item will be my first thought!

Iphone was just as described. I have bought a few things from back market & it’s never been any problems. Warranty is great & if you need anything such as replacement chargers or anything they replace it immediately.

I was surprised at how beat up the outside edges and corners are on this iPhone. I knew the phone is refurbished, but just disappointed at the dings, etc. The screen looks fine though. Also, there has been several occasions, especially while outside, that my iPhone 15 pro max screen would “FLASH”, on & off. Then the wallpaper screen would come up just for a millisecond, then the passcode screen would come up, but the screen will go dark before I can enter my passcode. It did that once Wednesday 5/7, twice 5/8, once Saturday 5/10 & once 5/11. Today is Monday, 5/12 and it has not done it so far this morning. Please advise.

The iPhone was great the only concern I had and I wasn’t told was that they replaced the battery and screen with non apple product and I wasn’t told that but other than that it works great and he loved it!

I have bought 6 phones from backmarket no issues with any except last one Now I'm trying to get in touch with someone and it's a circle it all leads back to my order page Talking to a person is almost impossible so far I hope someone will read this and responde

The battery health came at 88% the condition I bought was good. No scratches at all on the phone maybe a little scratch around the camera lens but you can’t even tell it looks like a speck of dirt literally

This service was amazing, the item came in perfect condition. There was no problems and it was better than my old one. I lost my old one in a freak accident and it was unrecoverable. I was very upset about this, but with this service because of how inexpensive it was and how quality the product was I was able to recover

The phone looks to be in perfect condition. However the battery health is at 87% which is lower than I expected for excellent condition. I would recommend this phone but maybe not at the excellent condition price point.
