I am very happy with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. At first, I had a minor issue installing the SIM card, but after a few seconds, my phone accepted it without any problems, and the device works perfectly. Thank you very much for the product.

It’s taken a bit of adjustment time moving up from an iPhone SE (2020) to an iPhone 16 but the transition has gone well. Am loving the improved camera. Ordered the phone in “fair” condition and honestly no obvious dings or external issues. Battery life at 94% made me happy. Thank you for refurbishing electronics such as my iPhone. I so appreciate the opportunity to be part of the solution to saving our planet. This is my 3rd or 4th refurbished iPhone I have purchased through Back Market. Any issues have been dealt with efficiently, quickly and to my satisfaction, although this time I required no assistance. I will be back for my next device(s). Keep up the great job!

The condition was much better than expected for "fair"! Battery cycle count was at 93% and there are no obvious cosmetic damages that I can see.

The device arrived at my daughter's house in a timely manner. I live in Mexico and she agreed to accept the iPad mini until I can get there to take it. At my request, she opened it. She said it looked like it was in excellent condition even though your description described it as fair. The battery was charged to 90%. I have wanted an ipad for years but never really had the money. A friend recommended backmarket to me and had high praises for it. It was in my budget and I am very happy I took the chance with this company. I got it in good condition but neither the screen or back has any marks or scratches. When I turned it on it had 40% battery which is nice as you don't want to send anything with full battery due to it may hurt the battery. I fully charged it last night, took it off the charger around 7am. I came back around 11am and it had only went down 1%! Maybe I'm used to electronics loosing power fast but I was very surprised and happy about that for sure. So far-everything works great and it's incredibly fast. Thanks for such a great experience!

It went more than great, everything was intact. No issues with the exterior nor interior of the laptop. Reviewed battery life and storage stats, and everything looked well.
