This was a very fast delivery I ordered Sunday and Tuesday was here WOW that’s a very fast delivery I like that.the iPad I ordered was great just like new I got it set up and now my only problem is I have to remember my passwords as time goes by I’m sure I will? Really have no complaints on anything I’ve ever bought through Back Market,but I do have a problem. On your web sight for the tradeins you get when a customer is buying a device.mthere is no where to check if you have more than one device to trade in onsomething. Your website will not let me edit my birthday on the profile section. It’s WRONG! And I’ve tried numerous times and yes I’ve saved it!could a human being please call me?? Update: I was finally able to find a customer service number hidden way down in a corner. I called it and told the rep bout the birthday prob on the update/ profile section. She said she corrected it but when I look at it after a few days, it was the same! WTF? The iPad itself is perfect, really enjoying it.

i ordered it in “excellent condition”. I definitely don’t think that’s what i received because there’s dints in the back cause the screen to be light in that area. I also ordered it in the color silver but received pink.
