Great! Was able to transfer everything from my Galaxy S9 to this new phone. There are a couple tiny scratches on the screen which is why it was listed as in "fair" condition, but I don't even notice them and it was worth the discount in price! They battery also says it lasts for over 3 days, which is miles above my old phone that I had to charge a couple times a day to make it though. It was definitely time for an upgrade, and so far this refurbished Galaxy S25 is stellar!

The iMac looks like new. The shipping boxes were sturdy, secure and well padded. I had all the data from my old iMac transferred to this one without any problems. BackMarket does not do the refurbishment themselves. I would have liked to have seen reviews of the company that refurbished it before I bought it, but that is water under the bridge now.

I loveeeeee my iPad like it came just as stated by physical appearance no scratches or marks perfect condition and all.

The iPhone 15 Pro arrived in a slightly damaged box but in excellent condition, regardless. It looks absolutely brand new. Even though the phone is more than 2 years old, the battery health is at 92%. I paid a bit extra for that battery health, but I felt it was worthwhile. I've bought other refurbished iPhones over the past 4 years, and they came in at about 80 percent - sufficient for my intended use in weekly 1-hour live-streamed worship services. This one is for me, however, and I want to know that the phone can last all day and well into the night. It does that well.

I was pretty nervous buying a refurbished phone from a place I hadn't had any past experience with, but Back Market is amazing!! This is my second time to get a phone from Back Market. Initially I got a Galaxy Note 10. Yes if was old, I used it over 10 years. It was a great phone. Just like new. This time I got a Galaxy S23 Ultra. Again, just like new. No problem connecting to network or transferring data from my ancient phone! I love the phone; yet I am so far behind on the technological leap from a 10 to a 23! I highly recommend purchasing a phone from Back Market. It is much less expensive than buying new and it helps the planet to recycle this tech. I've never had an issue to resolve with Back Market. Things have always been as Back Market said they would be. I tried to get a refurbished phone from AT&T. If was clear that they had not checked all the points that they claimed to check. Back Market does the job right!

It's impressive how a 5 year old refurbished Macbook pro can function better then my brand new Asus laptop. The quality is great, the battery is great, the price was great! The 2 day free shipping was even better. Will definitely buy again if I have to in the future.

These are AMAZING! I can concentrate on my work so much better now. Everything feels easier without all the background noise. They're very comfortable. I'm a small adult and most headphones feel too big/heavy. The sound quality is great. I'm sure you could get better sound quality from a more high end product, but these are great for my everyday needs and sound so much better than my old cheap-o headphones.

The phone wasin pristine condition with 100% battery life. I had previously ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 from Amazon which came with dings and scratches and only 80% battery life and had some kind of software error which did not allow for the esim to be activated. I am very pleased with my purchase from back market and will refer you to friends and family.
