Love my device. Shipped quickly and was in perfect shape. No issues. Love buying from backmarket! Be aware- the watch band is not the apple version, but a flimsier duplicate. Not a problem but something buyers should expect.

I'm very happy with my BackMarket experience. This is my second BackMarket purchase. These particular buds arrived in "like new" condition. I can't find a flaw anywhere on them. They really do appear brand new. The buds also came with a full set of foam ear tips, although I don't know that's always the case. I've been using these Sony's almost non-stop for two days now. I'm not only please with my BackMarket experience, but I'm also extremely happy with this product from Sony. Fantastic all around. Thanks guys!!

I paid $30 for a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The exterior of the case has like a textured surface to it, and that surface is worn, scratched, and scuffed off all over. The right ear bud has a deep scrape on it. To be honest, all of these things add character in my opinion as the buds function flawlessly. The noise canceling on the Buds 2 Pro really is top tier. I'm really impressed. I'm paired with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20, which allows me to take full advantage of all the features the Buds 2 Pro offer. This was my first BackMarket purchase, but it most certainly won't be my last. I really appreciate the sustainability the site offers in this one aspect of my life.

My 9 year old Apple Watch was slowing dying this past year. It had lived a good life. I wasn’t willing to pay $400 for the newest-hottest watch. I was told about the Back Market App. I liked that merchandise is 100% verified. I found a Series 5 watch just like I wanted. I ordered and received the watch really quickly. The watch is brand new and set up easily to my phone. All my previous 38mm bands fit the new 40mm case. I’m very pleased with my new watch!! Highly recommend Back Market. Thankful I heard about this app!!

Came quickly (3 days) like it said, came in excellent condition just like I ordered!! Only found one tiny nick on the back that’s not even noticeable after the case and everything else was perfect literally new:) I’ve had it for 4 days now and I have been LOVING my new iPad, the games run smoothly and never lag, I have very good wifi so it plays a big part! I’m so satisfied with my order, I use it everyday and the battery is awesome too! I can play for 4-5 hours nonstop before the battery gets low, I am in love. No issues so far! Do wish I had gotten more storage though haha, not a problem though can always buy more. Never been happier thank you so much:)

JUST WOW! This Mac is is excellent condition and so far it’s running very smoothly, screen is very clear the software is updating perfectly and over all condition looks practically NEW! I’m very pleased with my purchase so far! I love the Touch Bar on top of keyboard it’s working perfectly!, keyboard is also working perfectly and it’s very clean, all buttons are working fine. I will try transferring all my data from my PC to this Mac and will update again after all works perfectly if works perfectly. But overall I’m incredibly happy with my new MacBook Pro! I recently purchased the 21.5-inch Retina iMac (Early 2019) with a 3GHz Core i5 processor, 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD storage combo, and 16GB of RAM—and I’m seriously impressed! It came in excellent condition, and everything works perfectly right out of the box. I use it daily for school and work, and it’s been nothing short of reliable. The screen is absolutely stunning—colors are crisp, and everything looks incredibly sharp. The built-in camera is clear, and both the keyboard and mouse were included and in great shape. I was also pleasantly surprised by the volume quality—it’s loud and clear, perfect for Zoom calls or just streaming music while I work. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase and will definitely be returning to buy from them again in the future!

Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.
