Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.

My iPhone 13 battery went out and I needed something nice and affordable to replace it and I came across back-market tech. I had always wanted a 8 plus as my dream phone back in middle school lol..now as a college student I have it now! The battery life is SO GOOD i still have 65% battery typically after a 8 hour shift..and the battery capacity came at 89% while my 13 battery health is 64..I will now be loyal to apple's older models!

I thought I was going to get scammed but I was wrong. The phone came is good condition with a few light scratches on the back. Other then that I'm satisfied with my new refurbished iPhone 8 plus. I'm loving back market already!

My phone came on time, I open the box and it look brand new. It was fully charged, and worked very well. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m telling everyone about Back Market, and I will be purchasing something else really soon. Thank you Back Market for making something so easy for older people like me to use. I didn’t need my children or children to help with my order or set up I did it all on my own. I’m so excited!!!

The phone itself looks brand new out of the original box, however the internals you can’t tell have definitely been used. The phone only has a battery life of 80% which I understand being that it’s used and a bit older. But the microphone is very static sounding and works when it wants too. Other then that works amazing and looks amazing. Shipping was also fast!
