First of all, the Samsung Z Fold 5 arrived on time and in perfect condition. I don't think the phone had been previously used. If so, I couldn't tell. For me, I'm thinking that the phone is probably not one that I would use. Primary reasons are the size of the primary screen and accessibility of the side button (fingerprint reader) with a case installed. I have gone back to my S23+. I guess I was spoiled by the fingerprint reader on the screen. The phone and the service provided by Back Market were top notch. I probably didn't do enough research on the functionality of the phone itself.

Honestly, this purchase has surpassed my expectations. It’s in amazing condition and feels brand new like it’s fresh out the box from Apple Store. This also is a reminder that my tech doesn’t have to be brand new to be kick ass. I’m happy to help the environment and still have a new to me device. Thanks again guys! I’ll for sure come to you all if I need any other electronics

This is the first phone I've purchased for myself, and I have to say it does not dissappoint. It is a major upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy s8 and checks all the boxes in what I wanted in a new phone. Great camera quality, more storage, responsive and larger screen. Best part was I didn't have to spend over 1k to own it. 10/10 would purchase from Back Market again.

The purchase and delivery were perfect. The phone was perfect in appearance and operation. I made the decision to return the phone after owning and operation for about a week. No fault of the phone whatsoever. I just realized I am not a fan of Samsung's OS as much as I thought I would be.

I ordered an Apple Watch SE 2 in Fair condition from this seller, and honestly, it completely outperformed my expectations—and even outshined the “Good” condition watches I bought from other sellers! Cosmetically, it looks fantastic, with no noticeable scratches or wear. It works perfectly and honestly feels like I got a much higher grade than advertised. OMGGGGG I LOVE THISS!!! I’ve always wanted an pink iPad just to have one, especially for school but i didn’t want to spend big bucks on a brand new iPad. It came with very minor scratches but overall i’m very satisfied and can’t wait to put her in case !

great buy and a good find my seller was Ed Tech Surplus my 2nd purchase from them and so far my main go to seller. both MacBook airs I got from him in fair condition where amazing and super budget friendly. would recommend buying from them if you can always prices their stuff well and disclosures any issues or problems with it in sellers comments. got this lovely 2015 MacBook air for under 100 with tax and worth every penny

Absolutely fantastic phone came in like 3-4 days. Ordered from GloSales and got a iPhone 15 pro in good condition there’s 2 super light scratches on the screen and if you go looking on the sides and back you can see some but honestly I’m not worried about that at all the battery health came in at 92% with 366 cycles and everything is working fine only issue is sometimes the screen doesn’t let me tap but it’ll only be for a second or two so I’m not worried about that at all at first I was skeptical because I did see a few bad reviews but I’m glad I did purchase overall a great company to buy from and very much worth it for the price
