I bought this phone in excellent condition, and it came near perfect but with a noticeable cluster of small scratches right in the middle of the screen. Otherwise, it works amazing and looks great, so I'm pretty happy. A tad annoyed I paid for excellent and got visible scratches dead center of the screen, but not worth the trouble.

The item is in excellent shape and is all it was advertised to be. I only wish the screen were larger--the description online said the 6.2 is not that different from the 6.4 Samsung Galaxy screen, but it is. I would have sent this one back and ordered the next one up, but the return process was overly complicated with so many steps that I just did not have the energy or time. It's a good phone, nonetheless, with features that have allowed me to enlarge text and gmail font, which helps. Backmarket did a good job, just wish it was easier to make a return.
