I highly recommend it. I'm very happy with my purchase. It arrived in good condition and everything works perfectly. I went for an excellent model and everything is practically new, without scratches or damage. It came unlocked, I was able to connect it to a carrier quickly and easily, and it came with the charging cable.

10/10 first time buying and nervous but i got excellent for condition and its pretty much new ,original battery 98% 116 cycle count, It came with a screen protector was not expecting that , got this for my nieces birthday coming up thank you to the seller

I received my Galaxy Z Fold 5 yesterday (it only took 1 day) and it's my first foldable phone. After setting it up I am very pleased with it. It looks brand new no scratches or anything at all, it's in great condition and I love it!!

Absolutely love my device! Came as expected nothing wrong with it. I had the macbook 2020 and upgraded to the 2022 for the M2 chip. Works so much better, faster, and doesn't heat up like the 2020. I use it for school so sometimes I have alot of tabs open.

Honestly was in almost perfect condition I have no complaints great company i highly recommend them al definitely be buying from them in the future. Btw the 16 inch is very heavy so make sure you know what your doing if your planning on getting this model

so far this device is basically flawless. the interior screen was impeccable and the frame is almost flawless with scuffs that i only notice while deep cleaning and looking really close and a very small minor mark on the front screen that i only see when the screen is black. very happy with even fair condition

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with ordering from Backmarket, the phone is in perfect condition. There’s a few scuffs on the sides but the screen is perfect and the battery is at 100% capacity, which I was not expecting ordering it in Fair condition. Overall I’m super happy with this phone!

I'm impressed with how quickly it was delivered – only 2 days! I chose the fair quality and even then, it looks pretty darn good. Screen looks great and there's just some scuffing on the sides of the phone. The screen protector was put on kinda funky so I'm gonna have to fix that myself, but it's not a big deal at all.
