First time purchasing a refurbished laptop & my first Macbook purchase. Very very pleased! Was protected well in the box & came with a case. Battery health at 94%. There a few dings & scratches around perimeter of laptop, but it works perfectly! Only had it for 4 days & I’m already obsessed! Super happy with my delivery!

This MacBook has been the workhorse of my voiceover business and has never failed me! It provides the digital audio workstation guts to my recording needs and I am more than satisfied with its use. I would definitely recommend Back Market for any of your refurbished tech needs.

I have had my Macbook air for about 3 months after ordering in good condition, and so far, I have not had any issues with it. It has been in great working condition, and when it came to me, it only had a tiny dent in the corner at the bottom, but nothing anyone could notice if not paying attention. I only use it for school, so there have been no issues. I will update again in 3 months for 6 months progress, but so far, I love my Macbook Air.

Excellent. Delivery was quick, and the MacBook Air matched the condition it was listed as. Barely any sign of use, just the slightest scratch and one ding, both barely noticeable. Battery health is still 100%. Everything works perfectly. This is an excellent seller and BackMarket is a great site with good customer service for returns.

Originally received a MacBook Air M1 2020 in Fair condition. Screen had the “stage light issue” so I sent it back. Got a replacement that looks literally nearly perfect and has an 88% battery health. I’m impressed! Backmarket was very helpful through all of this as well.

Laptop shipped very quickly! I was impressed to see that it came in the original box with the Apple charger and that the battery health was 100 percent. There were a few tiny scratches on the front and the bottom was a little scuffed up, but that’s to be expected when ordering refurbished.
