The product is excellent; its condition is perceived as new. The change made was highly satisfactory, considering my previous iPhone 11 with cracked screen and broken back. I received $81 for him and am very pleased with the transaction. One aspect to consider is that the Apple logo on the back is not original; however, the efficiency and internal quality are impeccable, confirming that it is an original iPhone with a screen in excellent condition and optimal operation.

arrived quickly and price was phenomenal. I was surprised how spotless it was when it showed up and how well it works. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and have had no issues. it connects really well with my other samsung devices and I haven't had any connection, speed or storage issues. would highly recommend and definitely substantially better than the tablet that it replaced! thank God!!

Amazing performance. Brand new and arrived in the original packaging with the charging brick and cable. Absolutely no complaints thus far. Not a scuff or scratch in sight. All there was was a visible fingerprint on the touchbar which is expected. Hopefully it lasts me a while. I don’t plan a on ever buying directly from Apple again for macbooks. Great savings.

The seller sent me a very good mac book pro It has no cracks or scratches or scuffs and only have 100 cycles I will definitely recommend this seller I ordered a excellent condition only thing I didn’t like is that it wasn’t a apple charger but the charger still works I would give this a 10/10

I’m loving it! It’s as if is it was brand new from Apple but without the brand new cost! I use it mainly for fitness tracking and it meets all of my needs. Holds up well in the pool as I mainly swim for exercise. And I love the “find my phone” feature that lets out a little ring! Will check back in after a few months to see what the longevity is like, but so far, it’s great. Thanks BackMarket!

Arrived 3 days early and in perfect condition. I’m really glad it was reset so that I could easily set up my Apple ID which was one of my concerns with buying used, since I have paid apps I wanted to transfer over (art and animation apps). There’s no obvious issues with it, it has no cracks or anything, and it works like a dream. It also came charged and ready to use, along with a lightning cable which I appreciate.

Truly a wonderful buy and worth the money. It had little to no damage on it and could instantly start using it when I turned it on. Would definitely recommend getting one of your on the fence of getting a new one from apple.

This is the first time I ordered from Back Market and the seller IT Supply Guy. It was a very good buying experience for me. The device I ordered shipped in a very timely matter with some tracking. I was charged for what it was listed for on the site. I expected it to be just an okay physical condition device to arrive to me. Instead my expectation was replaced by what looked to be an excellent physical shape (like a brand new laptop and charger). Not even a scuff mark or any wear or tear! It arrived in a good cardboard box and had decent shipping material protecting it. A new out of the box OS was loaded on the laptop and it was ready for me to start setting it up (like you would from a store). I ran tests on the hardware using the internal diagnostic tools from Dell and a couple of 3rd party programs I installed. Everything checked out in excellent shape (including the battery). I’ve had this laptop for three weeks now at least and have used it almost every single day. Everything is running smoothly and as expected. I had a question about the charge on my card and the customer service at Back Market was very prompt and replied back to me. My question I had was answered very happily by them and throughly satisfactory. Everything they said checked out perfectly with my bank. I would purchase another device from Back Market and this seller again based on my experience from this transaction.
