First off love the machine. Coming from an older Lenovo system to a MacBook Pro has irreversibly altered my workflow for the better. I went with the M1 because it was in a sweet spot between power and price and decently future proof. The lower cost on the older chip gave me the ability to upgrade the ram to make the most out of the unified memory. There was a shipping issue between Back Market and the Refurbisher so the expected shipping date was delayed but I was able to communicate with the CS team and they were extremely helpful and responsive. The machine did arrive with a USB -C cable instead of a MagSafe which was a bit disappointing. But other than that for excellent condition I was very impressed. Only noticeable “used” aspect of the machine was what looked like wipe residue on the Apple logo on the case. The machine arrived in heavy duty bubble wrap and did not include the original box. Which is fine but may be of interest to others. All in all I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would use back market again.

I live in Colorado, so was concerned about my refurbished Hp EliteBook 840 would be delayed being shipped from Toronto Canada, and what if my laptop had any issues. First, the Hp EliteBook 840 is awesome, could't be happier, processor speed is lightning fast, graphics excellent, sound fantastic....and it arrived a day early...absolutely would recommend Back Market for your technical purchases...very satisfied!!

I bought this to use for travel and for reading (Kindle app). Also, to connect to my MacBook and display the iPad screen on Zoom. It's perfect for all of that. A note to users: I am currently unable to get Zoom to see my iPad (with a wire or using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth). This appears to be a software issue on the Mac: the Mac sees the iPad, and it worked once, but never again. NOT the fault of the Backmarket refurbisher. I even took the equipment to the Apple store to no avail. Zoom is looking into it now.

My iPad was a little late well it came a day late but it was amazing, I doubted this back market at first scared asking my friends what to do if it came broken or shattered but I prayed a lot about it not sure if that was why it came awesomely new but either way I’m glad it did this iPad proved me wrong and it made me realize to just trust and believe and if you do that it’ll turn out fine and so I trusted it since I was at school my grandma called me to tell me it came she told me it wasn’t broken and I was IN RELIF I was so happy when I came home I almost cried the iPad was super new and no scratches at ALL like I just got it from the Apple Store like cmon now what store do yall know besides Apple that can have a fresh new iPad like these and it’s refurbished this experience was amazing and I would buy again!! All this was my first sorta biggest purchase and it was WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!

First time buyer from Back Market and buying a refurbished phone period. So far it's been great! It barely looks used and the battery and phone quality is more than what I hoped for. My last phone was a Samsung Galaxy S7 so although the A15 is not a flagship phone, it's been so much better and faster.

After doing research on best place to by refurbished iPhones, I decided to go with BackMarket and it did not disappoint. The phone was in new condition - looks and functions perfectly! Service and communication was outstanding throughout the process. I also used the trade-in feature, which was far more generous than Apple or other trade-in services I looked at. Price was probably higher than one would get in a personal sale, but much better than either Apple Refurbished or a carrier's options while providing the same guarantee/peace of mind. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be using BackMarket in the future.

I’m overall appreciative that the device works and is functional. Only thing I did forget is that the battery life on Dells aren’t the best, I should’ve went with a refurbished Mac but I like the easier interface of Windows more than Apple. Good computer overall.
