This was my 4th purchase from Back Market and each time I'm surprised at the quality and condition. I've never 'splurged' for the best condition, but each time, it's practically new looking to me. In my experience, they've been conservative on their condition estimations which should be a great comfort to anyone hesitant to buy a refurbished device. As for the usability, I cannot distinguish between brand new and products sold here. Devices work no different than fresh from the box. I don't need the latest and greatest and since Apple supports their devices for long periods of time, this device is expected to last quite a while for me. Bonus: the device arrived considerably faster than expected. Not sure how this could have been a better experience, but if there is, I bet Back Market will find a way and surprise me again.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

Received my MacBook Pro 16inch 2021 and was relieved and happy with the condition. It came packaged well with an Apple charger. It looks practically brand new with only one small scratch that only I could see because I examined it thoroughly. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, please don’t be and trust Back Market. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option. The MacBook Pro was rated as good. I had to look very closely to find two small nicks on the case. The screen is flawless. I moved my apps and documents from an older MacBook Pro and it worked perfectly. The battery life is probably the biggest surprise, since my old MacBook Pro was barely able to run three hours between charges.

I needed to upgrade my 2017 macbook pro and decided the M1 max would work for what I needed. I purchased my previous laptop from back market so I came back for another. the price was good and shipping was quick. I only had it a week or so but everything transferred from my old one with no issues and I was able to pick up where I left off. my only complaint is that the keys on the keyboard are a bit tacky like something was spilled on it. they don't have that immediate response like a normal keyboard but it's not the end of the world.
