I purchased this because I thought the screen was broken on my first watch. It turned out the screen protector took all the damage. The old watch was perfect. I didn't really need a new watch. So now the old watch is my backup. I've purchased 2 phones and 2 watches on backmarket. And I'll keep coming back.

Came in perfect condition, note if you’re planing on playing PC games especially sally steam games, it’s hit or miss with the configurations, my cracked fifa 23 works fine but my paid fifa 25 joy stick is slightly inverted but overall a great pad

This was a birthday present for my wife, who uses it for works. She really loves it. She previously used an old dell laptop, so making the switch to Apple took a bit of getting used to. I would recommend buying refurbished instead of new. It came with a small blemish, which I knew before buying. No big deal. I’ll be back when I upgrade my phone!

I received my device at the scheduled time of delivery. I was surprised to see that it came in an original apple box with an original charger. I was even more shocked when the device allowed me to gain access to Apple TV and Apple Music for 3 months free. I have been using the device everyday since I’ve obtained it and it is still at maximum battery capacity which is impressive considering it’s a 2 year old device. The associates at Backmarket did an amazing job at refurbishing this device. I just recently bought a case for it, so I could make it last longer. It is exactly what I wanted and more! For anybody wondering if backmarket services are good or not, allow me to tell you that there services are unbeatable! I’ve also previously purchased an iPhone from their website which I’m still finding good use of.

I got the "Good" condition but I'd call it near-perfect, cosmetically. It booted-up like a new device. The system settings report "Normal" battery health that's still at 100% capacity. Also comes with over two years of AppleCare for Enterprise? Haven't tested it under show conditions yet, but so far it runs as advertised.

Love it. I bought it for my mother. She was very happy with the phone. The phone is larger than her old iPhone 12, the screen is clearer, and the audio is better. This is perfect for anyone who is not concerned with the latest and greatest. After I finish paying off this phone, I will order an Apple Watch. I love the idea of purchasing a refurbished phone. The iPhone 14 was in pristine condition, almost like new, and the battery held a charge of 100% for a long time, making for a great experience. I highly recommend backmarket!
