Battery capacity is 88% which is great for a used machine. I'm very happy with this MacBook pro. Its from 2021 but the M1 chip feels like 2026 performance!

I’m 3 days in and I love it!! I got the Microsoft surface laptop 3 13inch (2019) 16gb SSD and 256gb of storage. I bought it in excellent condition.. when I got the laptop It was only one small, minor scratch, and a barely noticeable dent… I’m honestly not complaining! For a refurbished laptop, my battery in 81% health.. the battery life was 40% and I was able to upgrade the Windows 10 to Windows 11 Pro within 24 hours.. you can do a lot with this laptop, I typically bought this laptop for music being that I’m pursuing my career now, the speakers have excellent base structure.. very loud compared to any other laptop I ever had.. it. It has face recognition, LED keyboard that has three functions (dim, medium and bright), the fan is in the back of the laptop, which I really love.. it’s 100% silent unless I play major games and you’ll start hearing the fan… this is the second time back market caught my interest to purchase and honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this.. I literally got what I paid for and I am so glad I did!!!!

The iPad seems in perfect condition. After using it daily for about 10 days, I find no problems. It looks like new, battery charges quickly and lasts all day. The entire purchase experience was A++ from order form to communication to delivery. On time, in fact 2 days early. If I had a criticism it would be that that BackMarket is unreachable by email or phone. I wanted to send them a comment and you simply can't. Odd. I would totally use them again--I buy refurbished often.

The phone is flawless both with the screen and the case. Hard to tell what may have been refurbished if anything. The battery is at 85% which was a bit disappointing but it holds a charge for as long as 2 days with light use. I am not constantly on my phone. I have had no notifications that the battery or screen has been replaced. My plan is to use this phone for the next few years and then upgrade it through BackMarket. The iPhone 14 is a big upgrade from my iPhone SE 2020. And I got a $50 trade in so a win.

The iPad Air works great, cannot tell it’s been refurbished. Communication about my order was seamless. The charger cable does not work but I have many extra cables at home so it was not a huge problem.
