Back Market is so good! I have never had a better customer service experience, although Wayfair used to be up there in 2020. If something isn't working well, there's no fighting, you just get to return and replace, like a normal company would do. Luckily, that's only happened twice out of the maybe 25 items I've bought over the years. This last purchase was no exception. So pretty, I feel rich!

Even though a first-timer, it was easy to find the MacBook I was looking for; as well as warranty and other information I needed to make the purchase. The laptop arrived very quickly - before expected - and was in excellent condition.

This MacBook is perfect! It is wicked fast and has quadruple the storage space of my old MacBook. Transferring all my apps and data was a breeze and everything works better. This was my first purchase on Back Market, and I am very happy with the product. I deducted one star because BM doesn't ship to Hawaii. I had to ship it to a friend in California who brought it with him on a business trip to Honolulu. I want to buy more from BM, but they need to be able to ship to Hawaii (and Alaska too). It's 2025, Back Market, there should be no reason to exclude the non-contiguous states. That's location discrimination!

At first I thought the computer was maybe too slow and that 8gbs of RAM was not enough for my day to day use. But after a month of usage it has been great. Quick in between 4-5 applications and I can have over 20 tabs open with no lag.

OH MY GOD!!!! she's gorgeous. No dents, no scratches no NOTHING!!! it even came with the original box with all the stuff the comes w it. It's basically brand new without paying the full price. This is my 5th purchase from back market and they continue to exceed my expectations! I will ALWAYS recommend back market to everyone I know. Did I also mention that the shipping is CRAZY fast? I bought this like two days ago. I'm a fan, Back Market 🤩

My experience here was great! The laptop arrived promptly and is in incredible condition. No complaints so far.
