I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

When the package came I was so happy, everything came in it’s original package, which I was not expecting, because it was refurbished, but everything works perfectly fine, as I’m writing this I’m wearing them 10/10

The condition of this device is really great the only thing is there is a few light scratches on the screen other than that everything is great. iPad powers on and turns off without any problems. I would recommend checking out a refurbished tablet or iPad from BackMarket as they have really great deals and have very reasonable prices for the devices that they sell. Overall my recent order meets my expectations and I have no complaints

the ipad is very good, i only ordered fair and it came in perfect condition! for a refurbished ipad this is pretty sick, it does get a bit hot when im playing roblox(dont judge me), but overall very good im never second guessing back market again guys. im buying all my shit here forever lmao

It came earlier than expected! It was 40% charged and it has no scratches, or dents it literally looks like new. I use this ipad to draw and it works with apple pen or stylus alternatives. I encourage you to give it a try! It is way better than spending hundreds on a new ipad :D

The watch is working really well. It has a few minor scratches, but that’s to be expected since it’s refurbished. I really love it! I’m glad that I bought it. Shipping was fast and actually arrived a day earlier than was anticipated!! I love it.

Received my apple watch 9 and its amazing! Ive had it for about a month now and it works perfectly. The battery was completely dead when I first tried turning it on, and when I put it on the charger, it was a red charging symbol and not green. I begin to panic thinking it was no good, but I was patient! After about 30 minutes it began to work. It does everything I need it to do and LOVE IT!
