I love my refurbished 2020 Macbook air. It arrived in a couple of days after ordering and was just as described. I had hoped to send my old Macbook in for some money back but I bogged down in getting my data and apps transferred to the new computer. I'm old and I should have hired someone to do it for me instead of going down the rabbit hole! I plan to use BackMarket for a refurbished iphone next.

This is my 4th time buying Apple refurbished tech and the products always meet my expectations. They come in a timely manner, devices are well taken care of. I'm in love with this MacBook, the only issue I had was that the number 7 key and F7 key were loose and came off, but I just went to an Apple store and got them replaced for free! (just schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar and they will have your keys replaced in 5 minutes)

Item arrived with a charger. Purchased in Fair condition so scratches were expected. Mine had them on the apple logo and the bottom of the computer which had the most wear. Otherwise the Keyboard is perfect, Screen is Perfect, Battery health is 98%. Excellent condition all things considered and the M1 with 16GB ram is a seriously capable laptop. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Black Market's return policy + 1 Year Warranty helps lessen the risk of buying Refurbished. Would recommend to anyone especially students.

The order experience was flawless. The item itself - I like what the refurbisher considers as good quality. Just a small tiny dent on the lid and a scuff on the side, otherwise it’s in amazing shape!! Looks well cleaned and cared for. Excellent price! The shipping packaging was great, the item arrived unharmed. I’m setting up the computer now. Loving it!

Received my MacBook a week earlier than the expected delivery. Purchased the Fair Condition and I must say that everything is excellent! Literally could've been listed as Excellent Condition! Battery Health 88%, Speaker sounds amazing, all keys intact, screen has no imperfections.. Im very happy with my purchase! Saved myself $500+ by buying refurbished. My only concern is that the packaging is minimal. It arrived in a fitted box so it's very easy to assume what is in the package. Also, the MacBook arrived freezing cold due to the weather outside. I think it should be shipped a little better protected but that has not affected the quality.

I had an issue with my charger, which frequently happens with those types of products. My customer service representative was friendly and professional while solving my issue.
