    I am a tried and true apple user. This is my 5th Mac computer! I'm very big on researching computers before I buy them, and I typically stick to trusted sites like BestBuy or Apple itself. However, I decided to search through some reddit comments that suggested trying to find a MacBook through another store that sells refurbished/used electronics. I'm very skeptical of being scammed or receiving something that won't work properly and then getting stuck with a hefty bill. That's when I found Back Market. I read through the reviews and saw that almost everyone was satisfied. We already have a MacBook Pro 2019 edition, and my husband and I both love it so I knew which model I wanted to order. I saw that people said they ordered one in fair condition and when they received it it was in perfect condition, so I decided to order the good condition MacBook and if I felt like it wasn't in the condition I wanted, I would just return it and pay more for the excellent condition price. I am SO glad I ordered it through 'good' because it really is in perfect condition and clean too! So far, it is working/running the way that it should. Definitely will be ordering all of my electronics from here ...

    Ok so I have had my laptop for almost two weeks now, I wanted to wait at least a little bit before reviewing. I am typing this review from the computer and so far it is EXCELLENT. I previously had a MacBook Pro 2012 and I bought it used over ten years ago but over a local marketplace not a refurbished laptop so I was hesitant but I am aware of the tanks of a machine matchbook pros are so I decided to have a little faith. The computer is a beauty, such an upgrade from my 2012 version made it look ancient haha. I got the 2019 in space gray and I love how dark it is I love how sleek it is, I edit videos a lot and I am obsessed with the Touch Bar! The only mention I want to give is I did buy EXCELLENT condition and it had a handful of scratches I would say less than five, only visible when looking closely but I was kind of expecting perfect condition but honestly I don't mind now after having it a few days. The first scratch on any new device is the most painful so at least it will prevent me from having that experience. Overall extremely happy with my computer so far.     I was a little skeptical about purchasing a refurbished MacBook but I’m glad I did. I certainly saved myself a ton of money and I’m satisfied with what I got.     I’m super happy with my purchase and the decision to take the risk and buying this refurbished laptop. I’ve owned two other refurbished MacBooks bought at a much higher cost and honestly this cheap one is in just as great condition as the more expensive ones. I ordered “fair” quality and it’s actually quite excellent. There’s one small dent and hardly any noticeable scratches if any at all. Highly recommend over purchasing brand new, save your money and reduce, reuse, recycle!

    The process was fast and easy -- so I thought I'd be super happy. But within one week the computer had issues: refurbished computer's fingerprint pad doesn't work, and the touch bar keeps blinking like a strobe light. I need the computer for work and now I wish I hadn't sent in my old one, which had issues but would be a good back-up if I needed to send this one back. Plus I got a $1.00 offer for my old one, which also makes me wish I'd just kept it as a back-up machine.

    Was very apprehensive about buying refurbished from anyone other than Apple, because I usually don't trust "renewed" or "refurbished" items from third party sites because you are taking a gamble with them, but was very pleasantly surprised from Back Market. Omaha Blue was a part of a refurbishing company that I googled online and found their website and they seem very legit and reputable. The computer was definitely in excellent condition, not a scratch on it. Booted right up. Took a bit of a process to update from Ventura to Sonoma, and also had to go into recovery to reenable the secure boot options. (I assume they were using Linux or something else on it for work). But it came with the AMD RX 5500M 8gb video card, which was a nice surprise, because I wasn't sure which one would come, since the website listed the 5300M 4gb. The main reason I got the 2019 is because I still wanted to be able to put Windows on it for games, since Apple Silicon Macs still can't play many games and can't run Windows easily, except in VM. It's been able to play any game I throw at it, including Diablo 4, and recent games, no problem at 1080p no problem, and some even at native 3k resolution. Overall, ...
