I ordered a 2019 MacBook Pro from which came through from Omaha Blue in excellent condition. The first one that arrived was not in excellent condition. It had a few dents on the edges, the palm rest area appears it was fading out and It didn’t look great. I contacted backmarket and they contacted the seller asking for an exchange. The seller shipped me another MacBook and it was in excellent condition.

Item arrived two days after ordering, well before the expected delivery date. I bought this 2019 Macbook Pro after trying to use a Windows laptop to DJ with music videos. That experience did not go well, even with a 14th generation i9 with 32gb DDR5 RAM, which I sent back to the store. This 5-year-old Macbook Pro with a 9th generation i9 and 32gb of DDR4 RAM does the job I need it to do perfectly! I am in love with this machine. The only drawbacks I can point out are (1) no touchscreen, and (2) it tends to heat up very quickly and can get pretty hot. But I've been reading up on it and apparently, that is a normal operating state for this computer, and although it can get hot, it is built to take it and not overheat. It is NOT a laptop, so don't put it on your lap without protection. I've only had it for a few days now. I have a gig coming up in a few days, and I will be putting this machine to work in a four-hour real-life test. Keeping my fingers crossed. All in all, 8 out of 10!

This Macbook has worked perfectly! I've been using it for almost a year now, and I have no complaints. So thankful I could save money by buying refurbished.

So like everyone else its difficult to find a trust worthy website and trust what I tell you I understand you're pov and was little bit nervous but when u received the product I was shocked cause I ordered fair and it came it very good condition now I would say it had a couple scratches and thought it was heating problem but it was the delivery and how hot it in general but so far so good and ps I'm using the mac book to type this out and it has been good so maybe you see this and gives you a clear mind on making the choice and saving money and choosing your best choice for the right price

ordered in fair condition and it is as expected, minor scratches and showing of wear. overall very happy with the computer and quick shipping time. Would have appreciated a deeper cleaning before it was sent out as there was some minor gunk and keyboard dirt.

The item works fine except for a poopy, poopy battery life that, except for brief passages, means this laptop is de facto a desktop. That's fine for my music-making desk purposes, but boy, this sure does have wack battery life. As far as the device itself performs, it's a delight and I'm super happy. Just anticipate the battery being god-awful and either accepting it or preparing to buy a new one.
