this phone is absolutely gorgeous. no scratches or scuffs anywhere on it. fast performance and it works super well for the price I paid for it. great battery life and I'm totally digging the yellow color. I'm convinced this thing is practically brand new. I did end up returning it only because I wanted the s25 ultra for it's better AI features. I would recommend this phone though

Amazing! I was so happy to have my new computer after a lot of hiccups! First computer sent via warrenty was broken, had to return it and then fight with the gift card provider BM uses for their warrenty (Bolt) on the ammount being refunded to that gift card and ensure that the gift card EXP date was extended. After a ton of back and forth for amonth it ended up being a waist of time as the gift card was already usabel until 2030. Not ideal.... but we got here and this computer is wonderful!

This app was recommended to me so I was a bit unsure about it. It’s almost been a month since I received my iPhone. So far it works great, it went above and beyond my expectations. I will totally be purchasing again.

I'm loving it so far. No issues yet, hasn't been long but sometimes issues suddenly sprout up right away. Started up out the box and set up just fine, played a game in it and got business stuff in on progress with installations. Very happy.

Watch is completely functional, in almost pristine condition. However, the charger provided is very slow. The watch itself also doesn’t hold a battery all day, I have to start charging it again late afternoon. Other than that it’s really nice and does the job!

Everything works as expected. Very smooth operations & very quick processing speeds! I’m extremely happy with the purchase & the only signs of wear that really stood out on this unit was a small divet near one of the charging ports that was sharp. I may try to file it down some, but I got a case on the laptop now & that actually covers the issue area I’m talking about. 💪🏼 Oh almost forgot, it also came with a 140 watt fast charger block & magnetic charging cord in excellent condition! Overall, the process to look for, checkout & pay for the item was super simple! The product itself looks like new (minus that 1 small spot mentioned above) & performs new at a fraction of the new cost! Definitely will come back here to order the next electronics for the family!

a little bumpy at 1st, I had issues a tia ting it myself. the cartier had an issue as well, but it was an error on their end. after a few minutes we got it going. the item itself is in near mint condition. I didn't see any signs of wear at all. very good price. Will be getting one soon for the Mrs.

Nice device, happy to get a good price for a 2025 model. It is a bit larger than my previous iPad, so did not fit in my book stand/cover so had to get another one. And there is no home button, which I prefer. I have a hard time swiping! (What is with the no home buttons, Apple?? My phone is the same way, please bring them back). So far, so good with everything else, including its ability to automatically stop charging at 80%. Good move. Thanks and thanks for refurbishing and great customer service.

My daughter is loving it. It arrived in perfect condition and was described in correct detail. No problems have occurred with the phone and transferring information was easy. This is my 2nd or 3rd time purchasing from BackMarket and it won’t be my last.
