Horrible experience. Ordered the product at a "goood" condition. It came fast, which was great. However, it was in HORRIBLE condition. The body of the Watch was really scratched up and the glass was gouged and scratched all over. Their description states that "good" means surfaces scratches that can't be seen with the screen on. Oh, you could see them VERY clearly. And feel them, they were so deep and many of them. Then, the speaker on it was absolutely garbage. When you made a call, the voice coming out sounded like it was coming from a garbage disposal. I was told it would be repaired or replaced. Instead, they simply refunded me and said "tough, no watch available for you." This was a gift for my wife and I had to scramble to find a replacement. Worst experience I've had on here. Won't shop again.
