Before you start a repair on a device purchased on Back Market, check to see if the issue is already covered by the seller’s warranty. This warranty covers non-accidental, technical issues for the first year after purchase.

If you repair your device while it’s still covered by the seller warranty, including battery or screen replacements, and other internal repairs, the seller may claim that the warranty is void. It’s very important that you check your warranty information in your Back Market account before attempting any repair.
