    I got this iPhone 13 and it looks in perfect conditions but mechanically talking is a bad product because the phone starts acting weird like the turn on/off button have a delay and the same happened with a iPad that I bought in this app, also the phone battery is very bad and it dies quick and the phone gets really hot. I rather get my money back

    I ordered a phone that was in excellent condition and received a phone that was in fair condition at best. The body was full of dents and scratches. That was extremely disappointing and made me want to tell everyone I know to use EBay instead of Back Market. Once I reached out to customer service I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. I was offered a fair option for a partial refund. I really appreciate the prompt service and fair solution. I would like to know how to leave a review for the seller directly. They are not running a very honest business and I would like to keep other people from experiencing the frustration I went through. *5 stars for Back Market, 0 stars for the seller I purchased from.

    I have bought more than 10 items from this site and this is the one that burned me. The charging port doesn't work. I use a wireless charger and after around a week a huge crack started showing up in the center of the screen. The phone was never dropped or in a bad situation. I understand what refurbished means, but if this was my first time, it would be my last time buying a phone off of here. I didn't want to bother sending it back...I can't go without a phone for more than a week with my job.
