    What I expected: I thought I would receive a phone with a good screen. My screen has 2 small scratches on it. I also expected the same cable that is included with most new apple products as I was only getting a small discount over MSRP of new. The seller includes a USB-A to lightning cable which is much slower data transfer/charging. Expected -> ($30 cable) What I received -> (<$10 charging solution) I reached out to seller to let them know that the screen isn't matching the description of good that they described in the listing. Their response was that they could refund me $15 or that I could return the phone for a full refund. What's included in the box is very vague. It says that a cable will be included it doesn't specify which cable. It also says that no AC adapter will be included. An AC adapter was in the box. If you don't care about using modern technology this charger will work fine. But if you don't care about using modern technology you shouldn't purchase a $500+ phone. The standard charging solution from 10 years ago is not better than a USB-C to lightning cable. I feel that people deserve transparency. **Update- No response to my review... I am keeping good condition phone that has bad screen. Absolutely ridiculous!
