The phone was supposed to be white, but it is black. I really was looking forward to replacing my loved white iphone 6 with a white SE But by accepting it and tossing the packaging and now using it (it works fine) AIm out of luck How does your refurbisher send out a black phone instead of what I ordered without telling you?

Bought this phone two years ago and it's still going strong. It was delivered on time and in like-new condition. Refurbished is the way to go!

Got the good condition and visually it looked pretty good with very minor scratches which was nice, and the only sort of issue I had was the battery capacity which was only 78% but other than that pretty good phone

I am very happy with my iphone SE purchase. It came at least day earlier than expected, and the 'Excellent' level quality I ordered was nearly like new. I will continue to use this source for my phones in the future.

At Charter/Spectrum changing phones when tech received “Battery not recognized” error message and could not continue. What is going on here? Any chance someone could call 571 212 9168 pacific time and tell me what to do? Many thanks, John

I got it at the “fair” level of quality and it genuinely only has one tiny barley-noticeable scratch on the corner. I can tell the speakers, charger port and camera were cleaned throughly. The camera lens even came with a little piece of plastic over it. 10/10 quality, very worth it and the opposite of a scam. Will definitely be using backmarket for further tech purchases (writing this review on the phone rn actually :) )
