    Small issue: more scratches in the screen than expected. Big issue: The phone ran hot (typical for S23 ultra w/snapdragon?), and then it started restarting under normal use. Then started restarting without being used. Check the warranty policy for Back Market, to check and see if there is a problem with the device, I would have had to clear all my data and send it in leaving me without a phone for about a week. Traded the phone already.

    The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512BG arrived is just a bubble wrap sleeve wrapped in quite a bit more bubble wrap but it arrived in perfect condition. The Good rating was conservative. It took some effort to find a couple of case scratches. It could easily have been rated Excellent. The phone works perfectly with no dead pixels or camera issues. I prefer to buy unlocked phones rather than unlocked carrier phones to get update directly from the manufacturer. If I had to list a quibble it would be that this unit was actually an unlocked AT&T phone. It was a special that was not marked in the description, but for the price/condition offered, it was worth overlooking my personal preference. This is second Back Market purchase and second time with excellent results. I couldn't be more satisfied.

    I'm actually extremely happy with my order! It was basically still in brand new condition! It looked as though it had never even been touched....the ONLY down side to that was the battery was completely dead on arrival so it took a bit to charge before I could even turn it on, but that was only a minor inconvenience. But the vendor made up for it as they seemingly gave me the highest end model of Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G on the market in the 512GB (I had order the 256GB). So yes 100% completely above and beyond satisfied perfect 5 stars, would give 6 stars or whatever comes next beyond awesome if I could!

    I ordered this laptop for my son and come to find out I was sent the wrong model. I was sent a model that had the wrong CPU AND GPU. Was supposed to be intel i5 and RTX 3050, What I received was an Intel i7 with a GTX 1650! That’s one big difference in computing. And not to mention price! I paid for something much more powerful. I have a warranty, let’s see how long until they fix this error.

    Bought it Unlocked and the phone I received was on AT&T's network. I have T-Mobile and with all my previous phones I never ran into connection issues, unfortunately, this one turned out to be a dud. Once I traveled to Europe the phone stopped being able to connect to the Network and since I returned I can only use it while on Wifi. Unfortunately, BackMarket's year warranty is over so I'm left without a working phone. T-Mobil tried to switch the SIM and troubleshoot but the issue it with the phone. This is the last purchase I will ever make with BM.

    My phone looked almost brand new, there were a couple very minor scratches that I didn't see until I was putting on the screen protector. The battery is great, lasts all day. This is our 2nd phone from Back Market and I'm not sure I'll ever buy new again.
