    I shopped around town for this same phone, $400 for used and refurbished. I'm glad I chose back market. I saved over $150. It arrived in a timely manner. It had minor cosmetic damage near the charge port but otherwise it was in great condition. Definitely recommend buying recycled and reconditioned phones over new. Thanks BM!     I'm happy with tye galaxy A10e I bought 3 of them. And I came back again to order a iPad air and a MacBook air I have received the MacBook air but never received my Ipad. I sent a message to the seller he is telling me that I get only the Ipad and delivered it but the only delicious I have is the computer. I scream shot all the receipt and send to him no answer. I'm very disappointed 😞. I need my Ipad or my refund. I'm not happy at all

    The only qualm I have, is the battery doesn't seem to last as long as my last phone and there is a slight rattle when i shake my phone. However, I'm so glad to be back with a Samsung, oh how I've missed it. Their customer service is sweet, the fact that they took the time to hand write a note on my invoice saying "hey here's the exact same model of phone you wanted, just in a different color, that was in far better condition for the same price" is far beyond my expectations with customer service! I got the recommendation from my brother to look here for new phones. Was not disappointed!
