    Everything was as advertised except the speaker for the speaker phone and ringer does not work very well. I have gone through troubleshooting and even listened to other Pixel 4 XL phones to make sure that the one I got was different. This is the only issue however, everything else works like new.

    The Pixel 3a was very easy to set up. The camera is very vibrant and clear and the volume is great. I like that when you sqeeze the bottom, the Google assistant comes up. The battery life is great. The phone is in excellent condition. It's hard to tell that it is used. I feel my purchase through Back Market was a very positive experience and would definitely recommend to others.

    I ordered this phone as a backup phone for one purchased one week prior to this purchase. The reason I did this is because the pixel 4 XL has a known issue with the batteries after taking Google's software update. So best be prepared 💪 The only problem is APAC sent me a phone which already had this issue and it wasn't dealt with when they supposedly refurbished it. Sadly I trusted the refurbish process at BackMarket and did not take it out of the box until I needed it. This leaves me completely screwed for 3 business days while they "repair" a phone I have never used. Use this company with extreme caution. I find this to be unacceptable.

    This was my second purchase I had good luck with the first one. This round I ordered a more expensive phone and a colored one. I was so excited. It came in two days. I was disappointed when I received it wasn't the color I ordered it was just black. Needed the phone now and not able to wait a week or to exchange I asked to keep it and get a refund for the extra I paid for a colored phone. Support was helpful and got a small amount of money back for me.So far works well just wish it was the color I wanted.

    Phone was in working condition with two dent at bottom corners. Phone was sold as in “fair condition” so I believe dent was expected.No cracks on screen. Problem- it was sold saying its unlocked but it was locked with verizon. I called Verizon and they said they cant unlock it. So now i need to return this phone back.

    I purchased a "fully unlocked" phone but upon arrival the phone sent was locked to a specific carrier (not mine) and so the phone was unusable and had to be returned to seller. Currently working with seller on a solution but the timeline from initial purchase to the current state (still no phone) is disappointing and at times frustrating.
