    I purchased this phone two months ago in anticipation of my current phone dying. Upon receipt of the refurbished Pixel 4a, I had no issues setting up the phone except there is no IMEI number associated with the phone. In the settings there is no IMEI number. I took the phone to Verizon and they couldn't tell me why there wasn't an IMEI number. The sim card in my current phone I am still using, works with a very old phone I still have so it's not a SIM card issue. I tried resetting the phone but the same issue remains: there is no IMEI number in the phone settings. I've submitted a help ticket through your website; if they are unable to find a solution I expect a new Pixel 4a to be sent since you sold a refurbished phone with no IMEI number. I will be happy to resubmit a new review should if my issues are properly resolved.

    Product arrived on time and well-packed and sealed. Considering that it is a refurbished phone of a "Fair" level, I'm very happy with it! It looks brand new and works well. The battery does seem to need be charged about every few hours depending on how much I use it, but for my purposes, it is everything I need. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

    I have only had the phone a few days. Shipping was fast. Appearance of the phone is good. Was easy to transfer data, emails, phone lists, etc over. Phone has a few quirks so I am having to watch a lot of YouTube so I can learn how to fix some of the settings. Voice turn by turn navigation is difficult to fix. Even YouTuber's had a variety of solutions and some worked and some didn't. Overall, I am reasonably happy but need some more time for a full evaluation.

If your on the fence about purchasing from Back Market, don't be. Just do it. They have you covered for one entire year for free and you can always send back what your not satisfied with within 30 days and recurve every penny you spent back. I got my family Apple Air 2 tablets for Christmas. I could never afford anything like that of it wasn't for Back Market. What an amazing company and your saving e-waste which makes it even sweeter of a deal! Do your research before you choose a new phone and make sure it's the best fit for you so you don't have to return it because you didn't like something about it, but that doesn't really matter considering the shipping is as fast as the speed of light.
