    I ordered this phone on August 4th, It was supposed to arrive by August 8th. On August 12th I got an email Saying that the phone has arrived, it hadn't I talked to FedEx and they said that they didn't send the phone to my Address. They sent me a replacement Phone that Arrived on August 15 and was damaged on arrival. I sent the phone back to be repaired or Replaced on August 16. On August 27th I was told that they wouldn't be repairing my Phone and sent me a refund instead. In short after 3 weeks of back and forth I didn't even get a phone in the end.

    This Galaxy S3 watch was purchased advertised in excellent condition. It was anything but. Severely scratched, just terrible.     This was one of the worst experiences with this company that I’ve had. My order never actually got delivered. UPS tracking showed that they had an issue with the address and returned the package to the sender but the BackMarket website showed that my package was delivered. When I reached out to customer service three separate times I was told someone was looking into it but never received any updates about the status of the order and when I asked for a refund no one responded. So I have not received my package, have no information on where it is, and no one will respond about me getting a refund and I initially ordered this three weeks ago. My wife and I have ordered multiple items from this company before but I will be hesitant to order anything else from here given this experience.
