    Real authentic Refurbished AirPod Pros. The box came a little ugly BUT the AirPods case, earbuds, & accessories were all very well kept and were as advertised little scratches here and there but the device it self is working perfectly couldn’t be happier with the purchase :)

    I was skeptical about buying a refurbished/ used phone. After a few months of looking I finally decided to do it. I chose Back Market from all the places that I had looked and I am so happy that I did. My phone is absolutely awesome!!!! It looks like a new phone and I have not had any issues at all.     Great product, my friend has a pair from apple and they sound indistinguishable from the ones I got here. The only flaw I could find was that the noise cancellation in the right ear is less effective when no music is playing. Other than that they are perfect.

    Ordered an unlocked iPhone 7 Plus, stated it was unlocked on all carriers. Received the T-Mobile version vs Verizon. It was a gift for my mom’s birthday, so I had to drive 45mi to buy a T-Mobile sim and transfer her from Visible. Disappointed that it was the incorrect, but, otherwise the shipping, price, and product description was accurate.

    The phone was described as MINT and it is. Not one scratch, dent or blemish. At first I had trouble with the SIM not working but a quick search on google and I found out you have to move a really thin gasket to get the perfect fit. I am extremely satisfied with this phone and will buy from Back Market again

    Showed up quickly. Condition matched what I chose and the phone is fully functional. There is a faint after image burned into the screen, a rectangle in an odd place, but no one else can see it and I only notice it when the background is white. Phone arrived unlocked, had to upgrade my sim card and make a few calls to my carrier, but it all worked out in the end. Granted I did switch from CDMA to CDMA, so who knows how it will go if I switch to a GMA carrier. Overall very happy with what I got for the price, and I really appreciate the warrenty. Battery gets me through the day, but I don't really do a lot of gaming or video watching.

    I purchased it in “good” condition, the only condition they had at the time of my purchase. Took a little while to ship, it arrived while I was out of town. I excitedly brought it to gym to try them out when I got back, boom they were dead ☠️ odd, but no big deal, I’ll just charge it. Well, after I finally got it charged up, I immediately noticed the left bud was shot, like when someone has the volume on 100 and the bass on 1000000 shot, very cringy and anxiety inducing🥴 ... so I figured I’d tough it out with just the right bud in the meanwhile🤷‍♀️ but the sound quality was soooo low, like so low I can hear music playing on my phone in another room louder, literally, the static from the left bud was louder 😩. Needless to say I’m Very disappointed. Until now, my experience with backmarket has been GREAT! Now I’m not sure if I would purchase refurbished items again Because now that I think about it, how could they check the quality of a dead device? 🤔🥴 it was really 1 star bad, but it’s showing a mad face for 1 star and I’m not mad, just sad 😞
