    Phone arrived fast, and was packaged with care. Over all, great service and excellent experience. Phone battery health was showing 89%, which may or may not be a deal breaker for others. I got this as a gift for my teenage son, so he was excited about finally getting his first phone. I opted for the 256gb space and the phones glass and body were excellent as listed. Did not come with an oem charge cable, but one was provided.     Absolutely amazing, i've had my iphone 13 pro sierra blue 512gb for a few weeks now and it's in like perfect condition. literally NO scratches or any wear on the outside on any part and the battery was at 100% which is actually crazy. One thing i have been noticing, but this might be a problem with the iphone 13 pros, is that sometimes when i'm taking a picture or on facetime with someone my camera will go from like super focused to really bad quality fuzzy and like i haven't clicked on anything at all or anything like that. so that's my only complaint but definitely worth the money and much more reliable than amazon imo.

    Unfortunately the device came with under 80% battery life. Customer service was extremely helpful and offered to have it replaced or fixed. I was unable to avail myself of this service because I would have been without a phone for over a week so decided to take my chances.     The screen was warped and when installing a screen protector, the bubbles under the protector couldn’t be pushed out. I had to return it. But if you don’t mind a phone without a screen protector, then it was definitely worth the price. The condition was as described . I have not received my refund for returning it yet, but I’m sure it will be soon. Backmarket customer service is fantastic.

    I have had the phone for i wanna say almost two weeks! and the phone itself came in great condition! no scratches or dents or anything considering i got it in “good” condition! the phone works perfectly fine the only reason i gave it a 4/5 was because the battery health did come at 77% battery health which isn’t great but i just got it replaced at apple and payed for a new battery and the phone is basically new! so love my new phone the speakers and camera work perfectly!
