    After about 10 minutes out of the box and normal usage the down arrow key popped off. I can get it back on but it happens fairly often and is quite fiddly and irritating but doesn't seem worth the effort of mailing the whole thing . Also apparently bluetooth is not supported or there's something wrong with it. I just want to use my ear buds and I can't find a way to pair them, windows troubleshoots me right to a dead-end
