looks great. tested everything with benchmark and it performs better than average. I tested battery and it gives 10 hours. Everything was/is not well with my order. The HDMI port doesn't work. When I plug into it everything on the screen goes blank. Awful experience. And I think I'm done with Backmarket. Wouldn't be so annoyed but I've been ordering from them for a long time and every. single. time something is wrong. This time was the worst. First the computer arrived without a charger to which BM gave me a 'good faith' credit to buy what should have come with the device in the first place. Fine. Upon inspection the outer case was not in good condition as stated and instead appeared old and worn, kind of greasy and had visible scuffs and a dent. Internally, it arrived with the wrong specs and the battery was only 60% health. Going through Backmarket's return process was a lengthy ordeal. Despite being asked for my preference of replacement, fix the device I purchased or refund, (to which I explicitly stated I just wanted the computer I paid for), the 'seller’ took a solid week to report that afterall they were unwilling to fix or replace my device with the specs I paid for and a healthy battery. BM also has not offered to provide a comparable device or any other satisfactory solution, instead doing the easiest and most careless thing possible which is to throw my money back at me after all this time.
