Very easy process, everything came on time. This about the 4th time I have used back market. Love it

It was good. But tbh, I wouldn't order from the seller again. They sent me a t480s, the wrong model; i'm okay with that and they sent me a new one without a hassle. When I got it though, the charging port was messed up. I returned it and got my money back.

Everything was/is not well with my order. The HDMI port doesn't work. When I plug into it everything on the screen goes blank. The process to return it is currently prohibiting me from returning it until my taxes are done.

I like backmarket but not always the sellers. This is the second time I received the wrong model computer. They sent me a t480s instead of t480. I know they'll remedy it, but it takes time, and time is money, and this is now costing me about a month of lost wages due to this. I don't recommend this seller, but I like backmarket; i just wish I got what I ordered.

Awful experience. And I think I'm done with Backmarket. Wouldn't be so annoyed but I've been ordering from them for a long time and every. single. time something is wrong. This time was the worst. First the computer arrived without a charger to which BM gave me a 'good faith' credit to buy what should have come with the device in the first place. Fine. Upon inspection the outer case was not in good condition as stated and instead appeared old and worn, kind of greasy and had visible scuffs and a dent. Internally, it arrived with the wrong specs and the battery was only 60% health. Going through Backmarket's return process was a lengthy ordeal. Despite being asked for my preference of replacement, fix the device I purchased or refund, (to which I explicitly stated I just wanted the computer I paid for), the 'seller’ took a solid week to report that afterall they were unwilling to fix or replace my device with the specs I paid for and a healthy battery. BM also has not offered to provide a comparable device or any other satisfactory solution, instead doing the easiest and most careless thing possible which is to throw my money back at me after all this time. What a shame.
