Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.

Techline was the refurbisher that provided my PS4 controller. I purchased a PS4 Pro through Back Market from another refurbisher that came with one controller already but wanted another for some local co-op. The order took a little longer to get to me than I had anticipated. When I opened up the box it arrived in, the controller inside was packaged nicely with bubble wrap and showed minimal signs of wear and tear. It would've been nice if the seller had included a micro USB charging cable as a courtesy. So now I have to order one. Would buy again though. Thanks!

this didn't come with a mounting dock to connect to tv, that's the main reason I bought it so I could play on tv with my wife. I had to go to game stop to purchase one which costed 80$ in total I have paid more than the price of a brand new switch. I feel like an idiot, I really like back market but this seller did me dirty. I would be happy if I can get a partial refund of 80$ to cover the cost of the mounting dock.

Quality of the Switch itself was as expected. However, there was still a user logged in when I received the device. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal if it hadn't been a parental controlled user. I had to call Nintendo and get a Master Key to reset parental controls and delete the user, which was a bit of a pain but only took about 20 minutes. The HDMI cord that was sent stopped working after about a week. But the console, remotes, and case are all in great shape. No sticky keys or big scratches. Overall, I'm pleased!

I originally wanted a DS to be able to transfer over pokemon from older games to newer titles. Was trying to buy a junk piece so I was shocked when I opened my "fair" DS to find it practically brand new! Extremely great price for a high quality item. I had a switch lite forever and wanted to be able to play on my tv. I know the new Switch will be here before we know it so I got a used one. This is perfect for me. I got one in excellent condition and couldn’t be happier. I really don’t consider myself a BIG gamer bc I play more relaxed / indie games but this was all I needed.

Can't tell it's refurbished by looking nor using it. Runs all the games I play great on high settings. Very happy with my purchase.
