    (For context, my review is for the seller, Brand Central, not Back Market.) I received the completely incorrect laptop - a MacBook Air with much lower specs, not a MacBook Pro. It took me and Back Market customer service (who is fantastic) weeks to figure out what to do -- between return issues and waiting to hear from the seller (Brand Central). When the seller informed us that they wouldn't provide a replacement, I accepted a full refund. In short, I would recommend Back Market, however, I would not recommend Brand Central.
