The laptop came in excellent condition and it has been more than I could've hoped for. I feel like I have a brand new laptop and not one that's been refurbished at all that's how good the condition is and I didn't even pay for the excellent tier. Not to mention it also came in sooner than expected. I really love my MacBook Pro Retina, because it looks as if it is a brand new MacBook and it works so well. The MacBook was delivered a few days earlier than the date it was to be received and that made me very happy. I have no complaints with this computer. I ordered after after spilling soup all over my MacBook. It was def my 13th reason but found the same if not better condition of my MacBook for a fraction of the cost and took the chance. It came within a few days (I was waiting at the door everyday). Delivery was very secure and requires a signature. My laptop came super quickly and is in essentially mint condition! Doesn't operate like a pre-owned computer at all, is just as fast, clean, and operational as a brand new one at half the price. The touchpad works perfectly, the display is clear, and it was very easy to move all of my personal info over. The computer frequently gets very hot, which causes the fan to run constantly. That drains the battery, and the heat may decrease longevity of the battery. I use it like I used my previous MBP 13"(using the internet and creating/editing documents mostly), and did not have the heating-up problem. I first noticed this a few days into using it. I like the display and the touchID.
