    Purchased this phone in "Excellent" condition. I figured it would look a little used, but other than the sticker on the back with bar codes, it appeared unused. Also received an email from the seller saying the battery was "Not Apple Genuine." That concerned me but upon receipt the warning message has disappeard and the device has excellent battery health. These come without the original box or accessories. All in all I'm very pleased with the phone.

    i like the new to me phone this is my first iPhone and because it was a Verizon phone I had to call to be able to get it to except the new ownership it did work the first time and the store gave me a 800 number to call it a new learning curve foe me and it was exactly as described on line Great job Thank you

    This is my first order with Back Market, because of the excellence of Ken and the team at Bustoff (who provided the monitor), I will shop again. The monitor is in perfect shape. They shipped very quickly. And, when I had a couple of questions about the monitor, Ken got back to me in a matter of an hour or two and provided precise help.     The phone is in excellent visual condition. It came as a Verizon an I have AT&T an took a bit to get it working. I'm pretty sure I ordered excellent condition but somehow that turned to "very good condition" in the order process. I was using a Motorola G6 play just before ordering this one as I was satisfied with it already so I know how it should work. When I hit the power button it's suppose to shut the screen down, it doesn't Everytime only sometimes, in one phone call (so far) the person on the other end couldn't hear me at one point during the call I put it on speaker and it worked for a few then it happened during that an I switched back to normal an it worked again. I hope that was a fluke an doesn't continue to happen. My SD memory card that I have ( bought specifically for a Motorola G6 play) worked fine in my previous phone but will not show up in this one. The charging cord on my previous Motorola is standard, this one is specific for Verizon which just means I have to be careful if I need a new one. I normally purchase my refurbished phones from cellular country an have always received great phones, they didn't have a Motorola G6 play so I tried this company and I don't know that I would do it again since I have had these issues the first time I try. However, thank you for the reasonable prices on refurbished phones.

    Phone is like new and looks great especially after adding a cover, and glass shield. I picked the G6 over the G7 because of the smaller size. Love the new camera and display, and the USB-C turbo charging is awesome. I've been getting excellent battery life with a recharge every 1.5 to 2 days. I don't like that the Verizon messages on startup, but small detail. Main issue is the phone switching from Wifi to Network. I have to restart more as I travel to get connectivity. All in all I love it and glad to have a Motorola phone again.

    This is a beautiful monitor. It arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or blemishes, and the screen is flawless. It hooked up quickly and easily to my PC and was up and running immediately. There was a missing piece of the base structure, but the representatives went to extremes to make sure I received the correct part. I am very pleased with this unit and am in the process of ordering a second one!

    It’s been working good so far . It has been a few weeks since we started using it. My daughter loves it . The mouse pad is a bit uncomfortable and I prefer an external mouse but it’s more hp design than anything else.
